The use of symbols by humans to express the inexpressible dates back to the earliest times. It often carries within mysteries and aspirations, knowledge and predictions. It crosses the boundaries of time and space and the most ancient blend seamlessly into the present day. It can represent not just the one who intuits it but all who come to identify with the energy that is held within it. It then becomes a symbol of hope and dreams and potential for a collective, a universe.

All spiritual masters have a symbol. To the uninitiated it would mean nothing, a mere diagram. To devotees, it becomes reverential. And every once in a while, this symbol becomes a blueprint of the path the true seeker must follow in order to reach his destination.

The Mother of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram too has a symbol. And needless to say, it can and does and will carry her devotees forward on their journey. But in order to do that, one must first step into the depths of Intention. What did She want to say? What did She want from us? It is this that we seek to reveal in the words of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, day after day, month after month, year after year. A calendar that lives for perpetuity. A calendar where the seeds are sown into our subconscious and as we evolve, they flourish and blossom in our being, carrying us on the wings of realisation. A calendar that becomes an intense study, where every day shows us a new way of looking at the old. A fresh perspective every day, every year.

This work is an offering by the AuroJeeva Trust to the Masters and to humanity.
